How do I access My Courses?
Who are the courses on your website appropriate for?
The target audience for this webinar is licensed speech-language pathologists. There are no prerequisite skills or knowledge needed beyond the basic speech-language pathology training and licensing.
If you'd like to earn ASHA CEUs for the presentation, we can report your completion to ASHA. ASHA CEUs are awarded to those that meet eligibility criteria above and by the ASHA CE Registry upon receipt of the ASHA CEU Participant Form from the ASHA Approved CE Provider. You have the option to register for this when enrolling for a course by checking the box “Yes, I would like to receive ASHA CEUs” when you register for a course.
Can I get continuing education for Courses?
After watching the course, you will need to pass a short quiz with at least 80% accuracy and watch the entire video recording to obtain credit for your participation. The link to the quiz will be provided to you after the full presentation is watched. Once completed, you will receive a certificate of completion for the quiz. You have 14 days to complete the test.
When are the CEUs Reported to ASHA?
We report the recorded courses monthly and ASHA has 45 days to get it up on your CE transcript, so it may take a full 45 days after the end of the month in which you took the course for it to appear on your ASHA CE registry transcript.
Why is there a disclaimer on the certificate for ASHA CEUs?
ASHA requires us to put this on the certificates because sometimes attendees get confused thinking that by attending the course, they are earning the CEUs. This is not true; ASHA CEUs are only awarded to those persons who are valid members of the ASHA CE Registry. We send your information over to ASHA if you request it, but it is up to them to check to see if you are a member and put it on your transcript. If you are a member of the registry then you are good to go!
